Tom & Lori Moore
Lori began attending WPBF when she was in high school. We were married there in 1978, and in 1980 our commissioning service was held there. We are very grateful for the faithful prayers, financial support, and encouragement of the folks from WPBF which began even before we left for the mission field.
We have served with New Tribes Mission since 1980. For 28 years we were involved with the care and education of missionaries’ children in South America as part of the team effort of sharing the gospel with unreached people groups. Presently we serve as cooks at the assisted living facility of our mission’s retirement community (NTM Homes) in Sanford, Florida. We see our ministry as not just one of cooking for the residents, but also as one of being a friend, a good listener, and an encourager of God’s continuing goodness and grace. It is indeed a joy and privilege to be able to serve those who have given their lives in service to the Lord.
