Tim and Sue Sanford, along with their four children, have served with NTM since 1990. Their first assignment was in Canada as an instructor for the missionary training center. Then they served as the chairman of the aviation dept., overseeing the flight programs worldwide. Presently, they are involved with recruitment, specifically helping those interested in short-term missions exposure to tribal church planting.
